John and Kim Hill moved to Miles QLD in August 1989 to manage the what was then BP Garage and Servo. After a few years and 2 additions to the family, John and Kim decided to turn their sights to the parts business and started up Miles Auto Pro which eventually turned into Miles Auto Parts. Miles Auto Parts is still going strong after 20 years under the direction of John, Kim and staff.

In early 2016 an opportunity arose to purchase a prime store location in Miles QLD, with a business already established in Miles, John and Kim Hill purchased the land and buildings knowing that they would be starting another business but not too sure what it was going to be. After a couple of months and a lot of discussion with family and close friends the business model began to take shape. After investigation into the business market around the area, we saw that there is a lack of panel shops. This was a little shocking due to the amount road kill you see on the roads. We knew as a family & team that we wanted to corner the market on off-road and 4x4 accessories, fit out, suspension upgrades, repairs and servicing as there is few and far between in this region. John, Kim and the family couldn't forget about the grey nomads so we decided to take on caravan repairs as well. Once we decided on our business direction it was time to name it, John and Kim had a few hilariously good ones but we all finally agreed on Roadwarriors 4x4.

Our product range includes but is not limited to; steel and alloy bull bars, nudge bars, side and rear protection bars, side steps, trade racks, roof racks, TJM recovery equipment, TJM winches, TJM XGS suspension, Airtec snorkels, TJM Pro Lockers and TJM roof top tents, awnings, Thunder lights, Thunder winches, Thunder recovery equipment plus so much more.

We are very excited to open this business in Miles as there is demand for what we can supply. Miles is a small town located 339kms west of Brisbane via the Leichardt and Warrego Highways. Miles is known as the crossroads to the West and in recent years has experienced several of the oil and gas booms. With the presence of the oil and gas companies many business have thrived but John and Kim have always tried to look after the locals who supported their business before Miles got busy. We will continue to provide the best service possible for our customers at both Roadwarriors 4x4 and Miles Auto Parts.
